UNDILUTED #003

Hey Reader,

I invite you to reflect with me this week on some of the conversations I notice are shaping spiritual spaces right now - spiritual ego, self-trust, and reclamation - through a slightly different lense...

Women who refused

This week, I'm thinking about Sophie Scholl.

At just 21 years old, she helped distribute leaflets challenging one of history's most oppressive regimes. She knew the risks. She acted anyway.

What strikes me isn't her courage alone - it's that she chose her conscience over consensus. She decided that integrity was worth more than a faux sense of belonging.

It makes me wonder how often we stay quiet, not because we don't know what's true for us, but because we're waiting for enough people to agree before we'll trust ourselves.

Perhaps belonging that asks us to betray ourselves was never belonging at all.

Why doing it wrong is doing it right

A conversation about rejection V reclamation, Spiritual ego, borrowed systems & what happens when the very structures beneath the message "There is no right way. Only your way", make our own way impossible to find. S5Ep15

Meet an animal Guide - build a felt relationship

5 minute Spirit-led reconnection practise
Designed to reignite the magic of tangible, practical spirit-led connection, this week's practice helps you to build a meaningful connection with a member of your Spiritual team for useful support in life & energy work.

FOR STUDENTS:

"Action first, self-trust fosters, understanding follows"

.. is more than just a saying now, right? At this stage nearing graduation, something interesting begins to happen I've found. These stop being an idea or simply words, and start becoming your lived reality of facilitating energy work.

Through your case studies, you're discovering that self-trust wasn't something you had to build before working with Spirit. It has been cultivated through working with Spirit.

Rather than trying to know exactly how a session will unfold, what to say to a client, or having to figure things out from the mind in advance, you're taking your place as the bridge between the spiritual and earthly realms. In doing so, the trust you've been looking for emerges naturally.

As you continue your case studies this week, I invite you to notice where you're no longer waiting to feel ready. Perhaps you're already trusting yourself far more than you've realised.

Re-writing old stories

A theme emerging through what you're bringing forward this week is recognising that not every belief you've held about yourself belongs to you.

Several of you arrived carrying stories shaped by challenging experiences of learning energy work. Yet through your own case studies, you're beginning to see those stories don't reflect your true capacity.

I wonder what becomes possible when your own lived experience carries more weight than someone else's opinion ever did.

"I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship."

Louisa May Alcott

A useful reflection on my path.

Confidence and self-trust rarely arrive before we begin.

More often, they grow quietly as we take the steps and discover we're far more capable than we once believed.

FOR GRADUATES:

The wisdom of the next step

Emerging from last week's animistic lesson on co-creating ceremony to birth your product, is recognising that building a Spirit-led offering isn't about forcing clarity into existence, nor waiting indefinitely for certainty to arrive. Both can quietly pull us away from trusting our relationship with Spirit and ourselves.

As you co-create your product, the invitation is to take the aligned step that's available today. Sometimes trust looks like pausing. Sometimes it looks like moving. The key I've found isn't learning to do more or less - it's developing the discernment to know the difference.

A myth to sit with: Vasilisa the Wise

Some might understand this as a tale about a young woman completing impossible tasks. I've always been drawn to a different thread: she doesn't overcome them through force or certainty. Instead, she learns to trust the guidance she's been given and takes the next step from there.

Vasilisa isn't shown the whole path at once. Each act of trust reveals the next. I wonder how often we're searching for the entire map, when perhaps all we're being asked for is the next aligned step.

You are your product - an invitation

When we think about birthing a product or service - a business essentially - I've found it's easy to focus much of our attention on achieving the next milestone. Yet our Spirit-led business can only ever grow in relationship with us. That's why it feels aligned, feels meaningful, feels purposeful and therefore creates authentic leadership as a transformational guide.

I invite you to ask yourself this week: What do I need in order to take the next aligned step? Perhaps it's rest. Perhaps it's community, connection, or simply permission to begin before everything feels complete. Supporting yourself is also supporting your business.

Hey Reader, I invite you to reflect with me on conversations shaping energy work spaces this week - the stories we inherit, why questioning them can feel uncomfortable, and what it means to consider the perceived power we hold as practitioners.
